Abstrakt

 

Głównym celem badawczym niniejszego opracowania jest określenie roli oraz standardów stosowności w kompetencji komunikacyjnej. Celem szczegółowym artykułu jest ustalenie tego, co określa stosowność – czym jest i po czym poznać, że ktoś zachowuje się stosownie w określonej sytuacji komunikacyjnej. Przedstawiony tu artykuł ma charakter przeglądowy. W wyniku przeprowadzonej analizy treści literatury przedmiotu z zakresu kompetencji komunikacyjnej, stosowności oraz grzeczności usystematyzowano kluczowe dla podjętego tematu pojęcia, określono rolę stosowności w kompetencji komunikacyjnej oraz przedstawiono standardy stosowności, potwierdzające posiadaną kompetencję komunikacyjną.
